Hello! Looking for a few email buddies to exchange motivation, support, and share successes. I am a second time user of Phen and am well aware of the powerful results. I am on day two and psyched! Hoping to lose thirty pounds and start the warm season with a new wardrobe!!!Am dedicated to exercise and proper eating (with occasional lapses for sheer pleasure...) If you would like to correspond with someone who is upbeat and motivated and willing to share some of this positive energy with others, send me an email and let's get acquainted!

Hey blondie...funny, you just described me to the tee...I too am thinking about starting back up. About 5 years ago I went on a really comprehensive program, which included phen, and lost about 30 pounds and have kept if off nicely until this year. Many reasons why, but anyway, I'm ready to get back the body I had so I don't have to spend another summer wrapped in a damned beach towel!!! Plus, I'm going to Fiji in December, and I'll be damned if I'm going to be heavy for that.

Anyway, I'm going to go back to the center where I lost the weight before, mainly because when I make a verbal and financial committment to someone else, I tend to follow through a lot better. I did get a little too friendly with the phentermine last time, hopefully I can only use it on days that I need some help staying away from the chocolate.

I would love to keep in touch.

Glad to hear from you! I used to be a San Diego girl long ago.....Well, I do have a profile with an email address if you would like to write there also. I am now on day two and a half and already the scale is dropping. I was so busy at work yesterday I realized I barely ate so had to force myself to have something before sleep. Had a great workout also yesterday, and after typing this will be on the treadmill with a huge glass of water. Thoughts of Fiji should be very motivating to you, plus the fact you are close to the ocean. A couple of months on Phen and you should be right back where you want to be. My ultimate goal is a slinky black swimsuit and a little gold ankle bracelet! I am sure my husband would applaud this goal! I am especially working with free weights to build up tone and muscle and burn those demon calories much more effectively. The center sounds like a good idea for you since it kinda forces your cooperation. I am lucky here since my husband diets right along with me and we virtually empty out the kitchen of anything bad (good) and we have even been known to throw out leftovers. After the first weight loss I swore I would not get back to the way I was and that is why I am putting a stop to any extra weight NOW. Let me know how you are doing and how is life in San Diego these days. I lived there in the crazy 70s. What a time! Bye for now.

Blonde...couldn't find your email address on your profile...you can write to me if you'd like @ hollyborg@home.com (please, nobody else use this unless you're looking for friendly encouragement on your diet, and nothing more).

I like your goals, and I too am doing this not only for me, but because I believe my boyfriend will appreciate it. Especially because he says he loves me no matter what, and finds me sexy regardless...it makes me want to be thin and sexy even more. I was thin when we met, I feel so guilty for having gained weight, like a bait and switch or something.

I recently finalized my divorce, and at first the stress of separation made me lose tons of weight, then I got depressed and put it all back on plus an extra 20. My ex was horrible for my self esteem, and very shallow about women's figures, and I would certainly hate for him to see me looking so plump.

Anyway, I'd love to keep in touch and share our success stories. My diet starts Monday, I signed up with the diet program this morning and I start first thing next week. I will actually start this weekend, but my first weigh-in is Monday. I'm really excited. I'll probably spend the weekend cycling, if it doesn't rain. I tend to have not problem with the exercise, it's the eating that's been getting me!!

Send me an e-Mail!!!

Hi All: I'm a NEWBIE.. day 4 and happy
to say the intense strangeness is wearing off. I still feel racy and nervous about it.
It's not too fast I just don't like it.
I'm only on 15 MG.. but I'm whimpy.

I need lots of encouragment. I have some
very serious back problems and need to
lose 20 pounds. I gained 15 of it in the
last 2 years due to depression..my mother passed suddenly and the back problems.

I can hardly excersice and I need to get the
weight off to lighten the load on my spine.

I am actually scared each morning when I
take the Phen.. the first few days were very bad for me..but I stuck w/it. Does anyone
know what I'm taking about.. the nerves before the nerves..LOL.

Does anyone have experience being sick with the flu and still taking it. I'm going
through that right now..bad cold-flu and still took the Phen today. I got scared again .. I had a terrible migraine from my sinuses
but thought it was the Phen.. but the headache is gone.

If anyone knows about being sick w/the common cold and such and taking Phen let me know.
Do you still take the Phen even if you have
a fever.. Do you get better faster.. slower?

I need to stick on this program but feel
out of sorts and need to chill out..
My husband is noticing the weight loss and
very excited about it.. He wants me to
stick w/it and get back to my sexier self.

I need to be soooo brave!

Talking
KARYL....Thoughts of food may evolve to forcing yourself to think about food! I have days when I have to make myself eat three meals, and they may not be very large meals, but it is easy to make them helthy meals since I don't care if I eat or not.

SLIMSHAR....Glad to hear the strangeness is wearing off. It usually last about a week. If I think about it, I can tell I am taking a phen, but usually it is business as usual, except my appetite is gone. Caffeine can make you extra edgy. Walking would probably be a great exercise for you. I use a treadmill so I have no excuse why I can't go outside! When I start taking phen for the first few days, I get a bad headache. I haven't figured out if it is related to the actual drug or to the sudden lack of sugar and carbs in my diet. Oh well, it goes away in a few days. It shouldn't take you very long to lose twenty pounds with phen, but unless you want to always have to eat way less, you need to find a safe form of exercise.

If either of you would like to exchange emails of motivation and encouragement, I am at blondevoyager****.com.
