How much weight do I need to lose? - Phentermine.com

I'm 5'2'' and about 130lbs. First off, I know I'm gonna get replies that say that only my doctor can determine how much weight I need to lose but I just want a general oppinion.

Hi Peace,

This is only my opinion, since I am only an inch taller than you and have lost weight and now am at 138lbs, I would say that you could loose as much as 23lbs. But, it also depends on your age, have you gained a lot of weight, and what looks good for you. I am normally a size 3, but having a child and three years of marriage has added a little to me. Decide what is best for you, no one else can tell you how much weight to loose.

Like Amanda suggested, it depends age and also your BMI. There are lots of health sites were you calculate BMI. At 5'2" - 130 doesn't sound like obesity me. I'm 5'3" at 200lbs! If your BMI is 30 or greater, your classifed as obese. When I was 160 (less than 2yrs ago) I was 10! Even though 160 sound heavy - I didn't look and I was very toned (defined muscle), no cellulite and taut!
