hi, my name is Teresa, i just have been on since monday , and i too had the dry mouth, and insomnia, the first two nites. I still have dry mouth, but sleeping better, now i have the sweats so bad, (it probably men0- pause. )lol . but i would like to help you and you help me too. I want to lose 50 pounds. and so far my scale says 2, and that is encouraging, now if i can get through the side effects. I want to do this. i have tried so many things. This has got to work.
so if you need a buddy, i can try to be there for you. and you for me. thanks teresa

HI TERESA, I LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU AND I'M REALLY EXCITED TO FIND AN WEB SITE THAT HELPS PEOPLE TO OPEN UP WHAT THEY CANT DO IN AN GROUP MTG. I REALLY HOPE WITH THIS DIET PLAN AND WORKING OUT THAT I CAN ACHEIVE MY GOAL. MY FIRST DAY IN TAKING THE PILL I CRIED ALL DAY???? I DONT KNOW WHY, EVERYONE SAID IT WAS JUST STRESS FROM AN TEST I WAS TO TAKE THE NEXT DAY. THE BAD THING ABOUT IT IS THAT THE HOLIDAYS ARE APPROACHING AND I HAVE PUT MY BOTTLE ON THE SHELF UNTIL I CAN BE FAITHFUL AGAIN. YOU SEE, MY DOCTOR ONLY GAVE ME AN MONTH SUPPLY AND EVERY MONTH I HAVE TO GO TO HIM AND GET CHECKED OUT BEFORE HE WILL GIVE ME ANOTHER REFILL. DO YOU HAVE PROBLEMS TRYING TO STAY AFLOAT??? IS THIS DR. ATKINS DIET PLAN REALLY WORK??? ALL MEAT AND VEG DIET????
