I didn't post yesterday we were busy riding bikes. I did my insanity workout yesterday then rode for 4 miles then we rested then decided to ride to get dinner at subway so in total we ended up riding a total of 17 miles yesterday.

Today is my first day on phen. Ate breakfast at 9:30. Took the phen at 9:45am. I felt it kicking it within 15 min. It literally took over my body and I feel like I'm tweeking. I'm sweating in my underarms. I'm thirsty like the ****ens. In 2 hrs I've downed like 50oz of water already. I have a taste in my mouth that's sort of sweet right now. I feel jittery. Ok so I'm on day 3 and we did so much yard work today. I think I burned more calories then I ate. I think I am going to ask the doc if I can go to 30mg because I am able to fight hunger most of the day but around 5 I am so hungry. I will have to try to plan to have dinner at that time. Maybe that will help. but I started this at 187 that was on Friday the 18th. I weighed myself out of curiosity and it was 182 I will weigh in the morning because I like morning weight best.
