hey you guys im new to phentemine i go see the doctor on friday im trying to loose weight i know few people who tried it and had good success but people body type are different does the people actually work and how fast does it work my birthday is in december i wanna be at least 40lbs down....

My first 2 weeks I lost 10lbs. Well that is according to my home scale, the drs scale says I've only lost 2lbs.
I've cut my meal size in half, watch my calories, drink lots of water and some exercise.
I just don't feel like its doing much.
I still get hungry in the mornings after I take it.

Hello ! Today was my first day on phentermine and I seriously thought I was going nutts ! I have never done meth but i would imagine that's around what it feels like lol . My heart rate was 108 at rest , I literally could not eat at all and I had goose bumps every where for hours I could not think straight I kept losing my train of thought . I am 5'4 180 and I am currently trying to lose 40 lbs . Any tips or advice ? Is this normal ? Will it get better ? Will it be effective if I take 1/2? Thank
