    SW: 211.2#
    First GW: 200#
    Final GW: 145# (probably not realistic but I have to try. I'm going to be doing a 5k obstacle course in 5 months and definitely need to be in better shape. I am worried that I won't get the same kind of results as I did 5 years ago. I have access to an entire room of exercise equipment at work and I will be using it. If only the snow would disappear and then I could be outside.

    I've been off this medicine since 2010 and have gained everything back. Today is the day that I'm changing everything. I've started taking it again this morning. I plan on doing a 5k with friends in July and I want to be able to keep up. I'm crossing my fingers but I'm gonna be a skinny ***** again

    Had a great first week, awesome!!

    Second week half in, not doing so awesome!!! Might be a couple factors that I am dealing with. Gained 0.4 lbs back, which is nothing of course but not losing anything either and that is frustrating for me.

    Granted the loss I had last week was huge, so I have to give my body time to calibrate as well. Also not eating enough, I try to stay under the 1000 cal and get to around 800. I am not eating back my exercise calories.

    Hi Everyone,

    I started taking phentermine on December 14th with my weight at 207.5 lbs the first month I dropped about 12 lbs. I stopped taking it the whole month of January, I wanted to see how my body would feel and if I would gain all the weight back since that's what I want to avoid, I also wanted to take my doctors advise to skip a month at a time because she said your body gets used to it and the effect starts minimizing so I did..It actually wasn't that bad If I gained any weight ...
