Hello Everyone 😄
I am here to give an update. I started out weighing 270.8lbs and my start date for taking phentermine was 7/20/16. Well today I weigh in at 261.4lbs. I have changed my eating habit and have been sticking to it. My appetite has changed. I eat less and am full 👌👏👍.
My only problem is exercising. I started and had to stop because I exeperienced major pain and ending up at the ER and found out I had Achilles Tendinitis as well as
I work 7p-7a. I now know that I have to kinda figure out the best times to eat. I get up at 4p and take my pill then around 5p I eat what I consider my breakfast. When I get to work I have to pass all my meds out by at least 9pm so I am in full mode, then maybe about 10pm it get extremely slow.
I brought fruits & nuts to work as well as a salad. I am hoping and praying I am doing this right when it comes to the choice of food and the amount and times.
If anyone have any suggestions
I started taking phentermine yesterday. My beginning weight is 270.8 and my goal is between 200-210 lbs. I took my first pill yesterday and felt a huge boost of energy all day resulting in me falling asleep 4am this morning and then waking at 7 am. took my second pill this morning and once again very energized.
I work 12 hr shifts 7p-7a and am kinda worried how this is going to affect my sleep.
