It's going good so far, been on Phen for almost 3 months now.
Starting weight was a dreadful 322, weighed in around 267 this morning. I have not been in the gym like I would have liked, as I injured my foot early on.. it's about healed up so I'm looking forward to getting back at it soon. If I can do this, anyone can!
Here is a before and after.. I've went from a 42 waist jeans back into a 36, which I haven't been there in a long time. Last time I wore a 36 was probably 6 years or so ago. Still a long way to go, but it feels good to see the progress thus far.

Hello there,
Well, my diet has been/is quite unusual thus far. For the first two months, I was very hard on myself and limited my calories to between 800-1200 a day, usually on the lower end of that scale. My menu for the first couple months was typically as follows:
BREAKFAST
Clif Bar (I love these things, usually Peanut Toffee Buzz or Chocolate Almond), Homemade Egg White w/ cheese on high fiber muffin & orange juice, or a small spoonful of organic peanut butter and a fiber bar.. all of these options were under 300 calories.
LUNCH
I rarely pack my lunch as I travel a lot and never know where I'm going to end up each day, but when I do pack my lunch it's usually a salad of some sort, always well under 300 calories. Fast food is usually what I have time for, Taco Bell Fresco menu, Wendy's butter/s. cream baked potato, Chick Fil-a grilled club were my staples most often, and you can easily get full on less than 500 calories at most any fast food place if you forget about fries, ditch some bread, et al..
DINNER
For the first couple months, I honestly skipped dinner way too much, opting to have just a small snack of fruit or some Quaker mini rice cakes instead.
SNACKS
The main snack I find myself enjoying without worrying much is beef jerky, as well as the occasional small package of peanuts.
DRINKS
If it has calories, it is my enemy. I used to drink at least 3 or so huge Pepsi' fountain drinks a day.. would go through a couple 2 liters on the weekend days, that was my achille's heel. I have been enjoying a "real" soda every now and again now that I'm on a better track and actually paying attention to what I'm putting into my body. I drink more fluids than most folks, always have.. I've been drinking alot of Powerade Zero, and diet sodas, as well as lots and lots of water and unsweet or splenda sweetened Earl Gray black&green tea.
Hope my sharing here helps anyone looking to begin the journey of weight loss, though I don't recommend starving yourself to anyone. i just felt that I needed a good start in this uphill fight that I've got going on.
BTW, I've now lost another 7 pounds since I first posted and am sitting right at 260 now. I cleaned out my closet of all my BIG and TALL swearing to never go back there again.. and now I get to shop in the "normal" sections of the stores.. I had forgotten how limited the selections are in the BIG and TALL, and was so excited to shop for clothes (which I've not enjoyed in a loooooong time) Later..rubisco98

And I'm back again.. went on a three month or so hiatus, gained a few pounds back but still down to and sticking at around 245.. so, total weight loss thus far is at 77 pounds. Gonna get my butt in gear and take it up a notch and try to hit 200 by this summer! Thanks for all your comments, hope you all are doing well too.
