Dear Forum members,

Like many of you I have been struggling with my waist, seeing so many successful and dedicated people like you give me hope!

I visited dr. Aron after reading so many great reviews all over the web, but she was not friendly or nice. She did not even take her time to explain to me what should I be doing or what is phentermine used for. A nurse came and gave a photocopied meal plan where it is written no pasta, no rice , no red meat ..etc!

I asked her if I need to combine phendimertrazine with any other medicine (like pro or any other medications that are commonly used. She simply said NO! but did not care to explain.

I have to loose more then 100 pounds and desperately need your help. PLEASE suggest me any doctors, weight lost centers that you tired and you think it is good.

You are my last hope! Thank you very much in advance and god bless you all!

hello, I am sorry no one has responded to this post. I wish I could help but I am not from your area. I do have one thing in common with you and that is I have a very large amount of weight to loose and I know how hard that can be. If you have a doctor who will atleast give you the meds I would recommend getting them, while you are in search of another doctor to go to. Also make sure you are drinking lots of water, I have found that the more I drink the more successful my results usually are.

Being that you are in the city I would think searching google would bring you some results. Good luck in your search and I wish you all the best.

hey sweetie. Ive only been on phen a short time so I am learning myself. but I will tell you this, make sure you are drinking alot of water and I mean alot. I am told a 100oz a day. one thing I have noticed is that it helps with side affects as well and flushes out your system. aslo I try to eat protine such as eggs and baked chicken is really good to premake and freez so youll have it for salads and things. if you like fish tht is a plus. tuna. I personly dont eat bread but that is just me. but really drink lots of water hun. sorry I cant help much. good luck and If you need someone to talk or vent to I here :D.

Dear Sabrina and Jenn,

Thank you very mcuh for your sweet and kind messages! Yes, water..lots of water! Actually my month is always dry because of phen so I am constantly drinking water or soda (diet of course)

I am also learning how to cook! I really enjoy doing it and discovering new flavors. God with phen or without I love eating! I really need a good doctor here, if not I will become 400 pounds! By the way congrats on your progress guys!

Thank you once again for your replies. I hate discussing my weight issue with family and friends (you know how it feels) so it is good to not to be alone in this challenge.

Hi Girasole,
that is awful! I would start with the phone book look up physicians who have weight lose programs. I originally from NJ but now live in SC. There are lots of Doctors here who advertise medically supervised weight loss programs in the yellow pages some are even family practices. You can also search online or call your health insurance co. and ask for a doc who offers it. You need to see a medical doc to incure you are getting authentic Phen and who will support you by teaching you how to use it safely.
Hope to see you back with good news.
good luck

Oh i forgot as for the no rice...etc. I have a hard time eliminating an entire food group. How many of us can actually do that for the rest of our lives. I eat everything just ALOT less of it. I make simple changes like subst butter for the no cal butter spray and whole grain breads instead of white. I have weight watchers choc eclars when I'm craving sweets instead of a candy bar. I lost 18.5 lbs the first 5 weeks. Not too shabby! My best advice is make sensible choices but you should still enjoy what your eating and not feel deprived.
your going to do great!

hi,
i'm not in the new york area, but wanted to say "Hi" & let you know that i agree with everyone, drink a ton of water. I think the more water i drink the more weight i seem to lose. i have heard that diet sodas will mess up your metabolism, not sure if that is at all true, but i did cut them out. i have 50 pounds to lose & do not want to take any chances since my metabolism seems so out of wack. I was a diet soda junkie. Water has become what i drink most often, in excess of 100 oz a day, sometimes i drink 150.

Hey Lifelessons,

Nice to meet you! Thanks for your support. I am drinking so much water that people are questioning me. :) Yet, I have 4 days of medicine left and still no doctor. As soon as I find one doctor, I will announce to everyone.
