There was a thread on here a few weeks ago that said "the pounds just fell off after I stared......" It was about an exercise video I think but there were some really good replies too with other ideas.
...but I can't find it anymore! So let's start it again. (Does anyone know the name of that video? lol)
For me it has been walking. I can count every calorie and never lose an ounce. But if I walk fast paced for 30 minutes to an hour every evening I can see it on the scale the next morning (Thank God for digital scales that show tiny losses too! They count!) For me no walk = no loss. When I make it a point to double my daily walk I can double the loss too.
What did you do that made the weight just drop off?
