For those that have been successful on phentermine please share how you've gone about your weight loss efforts. I'm trying to come up with a strategy to make the most of the next 3 months and I'd like to hear what worked for everyone else.

Hi for me I first off had to learn how to eat it sounds easy but it was tough. I remember actually fighting with myself in the grocery store to put back the cookies lol. Seriously I just eat healthy salads, veggies, and proteins and only till I am full. I stay between 1000-1200 calories a day but that works for me. I try to drink mostly water but do have an occasional diet coke. I love to work out and being a mom of seven it serves as sanity time for me so my workouts are intense ( 2-3 hours on my tread, 400 crunches, 50 sit-ups, done about every other day and on the in between days I do some kind of cardio like kick boxing or Jillian's 30 day shred. I think the best way to come up with a routine for yourself is to try different things and adapt them to your lifestyle find what you like that makes you feel good and do that. Have an awesome night!!
