Side Effects/ Water Consumption

So far I haven't had any side effects to worry about I don't think except for belching?

I drank about 32oz from 8 am to 12pm. I had to belch and water/yuckiness came back up. Could I be drinking to much water?

Cold hands, nose , and feet. Numb hand, blenching, and I feel like I need to yawn all the time. Can't sleep at night. The first day I took it I wanted to sleep!! I hope the coldness goes away, I think hypothermia may set in on my toes. :p

you cna drink too much water,, but that usually occurs in infants ,, people who are stranded in the desert and triatheletes and such,, because its not the amount its the amount at once. if you pick up 2 gallons of water and chug them your kidneys cant process it fast enough and you know have issues... i looked it up because i drink 1.5 gallons a day and thats like 180 oz.my feet freeze.

adults can drink too much water, it is called Water intoxication.

I personally drink about 96-128oz of water each day and don't have any problems, but i don't drink it all at once, i drink it through out the day from 7am to 11pm

It's ok I know about the water intoxication. It's hard for me to push down 50oz's a day let alone 2x that. I don't drink that much and never have. I think I'm gonna start taking half of the pill a day. I feel like a crackhead and my bf thinks I now act like one since I started taking these things. Last night I was talking to my bf in the laundry room, when I was done I shut the light off and closed the door. He was still in there!!!!!! I didnt even know I did it till two hours later when he told me. lol My mind is so spacy, I can't think straight.

I am doing good to get 64 ounces in me..LOL!!! Luckily so far I am not having any issues with getting it back out.
