Hello,

I am new to Northern Virginia. I was seeing an NP in Maryland who is now about a 3 hour drive from me and it just isn't worth driving that far for my prescription.

I am looking for a doctor that isn't in one of those gimmicky "sign up for our plan for a year" clinics. I don't like that - I want to be in control. I want to start and stop as I please. If I reach my goal, why should I be forced to take pills that I don't need just so they can get my mulah, you know?

I'm also only 12 pounds away from my goal (I've lost 37) so I really need someone who isn't going to judge me for not being excessively overweight anymore (I'm no longer at 30 % BMI). I have been off of Phen for a month and have already gained 5-7 before I reached my goal. I'm very frustrated and just want to finish my program!

If anyone can help, please let me know! I'm feeling depressed because I've worked so hard to lose this weight but I just am really bad at controlling my appetite alone! :(

Depending where you're at in NOVA this may or may not help you. I spent some time in Fredericksburg Va and was seeing Dr. Ronald Johnson! He helped me go from 193 to 153 in about 4 - 5 months. He's a great doc and I would recommend him to anyone. He also has an office in Richmond. Let me know if you need more help than just his name....hope it works out for you! Good luck!

Try Be-Lite Medical Center in Fairfax VA. This is Dr. Rothman's practice and he compounds his own phentermine. It's $160 for a new patient and then $165 each visit after that with all medications included and unlimited.
