Have to ask....HCG...can someone direct me to a forum

This forum has been extremely helpful in helping me to determine what direction to go with my weight loss decisions. I also am interested in HCG and want to learn much more about it but thought I saw a forum, now I can't find it.

I know this is a Phentermine thread, and I truly am considering phentermine, but also need to know more about other options.

I too have been curious. The thread for the HCG is on the my experience with phentermine forum. It is the first one on the list of forums. If the HCG thread is not on the first page then it will be on the second. It is definitely on that forum. I was actually reading about the sublingual drops last night on another website. It seems restrictive and I was a bit leery about having shots. I get b12 shots every two weeks and I still get nervous going in for those. =) Anyways, good luck to you!

hmm.... my weight is 78 kg & i am 28 years old . So can you suggest ant ideas to reduce it.
