Hello, My name is Sarah and I am excited to join you all on your weight loss journey. Gained 80lbs from my pregnancy and retained about 60lbs of it still after birth. Been working hard on loosing weight, have already lost 10 lbs from 6 weeks of working out and counting calories.

Hope you all meet your goals, I hope to meet mine come Halloween!

Hi I am also a Newbie and my name is Nicky:)
I have been taking this phen for one week and need some advice on how to cope with the dizziness that I feel. I have not had that energy boost yet either. Could it be that I am not eating right? I also have dry mouth but that I can deal with because I drink lots of water thats for sure. I can feel myself dropping inches but have not weighed in yet. Any advice on the dizziness? Thanks...

Welcome to you both =) ..I started Phen on 3-4-10 and im impressed on how it works i have lost 15 lbs in 2weeks am goin on my 3rd .. I havent experienced any side effects except for dry mouth and the easy way of getting rid of it is drink 80-100 oz of water it seems like alot but it helps flush out the toxins and i found that it make the pill work even better .. as far as the dizziness are you make sure you are not having any caffiene cuz that could contribute to dizziness also your food intake are you taking in enough cals? I wish you 2 the best on your weightloss journey keep in touch we can all motivate each other =)

Hi Ally
I have been drinking nothing but straight water for the past week so no caffiene. I think I am not eating enough,That could be it. I was told by the doctor to eat only fruit in the mornings and salad for lunch with one of my free7 food on the list then Another salad for dinner with my choice of (Chicken,fish,Turkey )in it and no eating after 7 p.m. I have not been getting my protein since I have had a busy week last week so that could be it That I am not eating enough calories. But I wonder if that would help me with the boost of energy,For me it is nothing but tiredness I do not even have energy to clean!!! I wish I could feel that energy boost. I am on the phen 37.5 whole tablet daily. I even took it 2 hours early today hope it helps.

Im no dr. but i feel that breakfast is the most important meal becuz it gets you through the day so i always make sure to have a good healthy breakfast and include portien ... i to have days were im not hungry but i at least try to get 1200 in when i have days like that .. but most important is the portein thats whats fuels you body ! For energy cuz i lost that after the first week i been taking a multi vit a couple hrs after i take Phen and thats been working for me ..mayb you can try that ..i take 30mg 1x a day blue and clear capsule .. also at nite for sleep i put on head phone and listen to a cd i have it called swimming with dolphins its so relaxing stay in touch and keep me posted =)

Welcome!! Congrats on your loss so far. It looks like you are starting out and wanting to end up in about the same spot as me. I started on 2/14, and I am down 15 pounds my first month so far (I had about 10 days where I stalled out) I am hoping to be at goal by August 1st. Good luck...we are going to be starting a summer challenge(25 lbs lost by May 31st) if you want to join us. I will have a thread going for it by tomorrow hopefully. Keep an eye out for it
