Hi, I've been taking phentermine for a month now, I've only lost 5 lbs so far so I can relate to what you're saying. I work out and eat real good so it's hard to understand. I would suggest to you to take measurements as well as weigh yourself. I've been seeing inches lost week to week and that is encouraging and it makes me not stress about the scale numbers. I guess everyone's body is different. Don't give up! and stick to it, our numbers are bound to move!:)

Thanks for the quick responses. I'll keep them all in mind. Last nite I did double time on working out cuz i slipped up and had a dipped cone from mc'ds.... i know that was bad. my husband asked me if i wanted one and i couldnt answer either yes or no. so, he got me one but i think i worked out enough to burn it off..hopefully. anyway thanks again and i'll try not to fall off the wagon again..

everyone is bound to slip up every now and again but as long as you get right back to it you will be fine.... As for the weight loss maybe your body just needs some more calories to burn try adding some I know it sounds weird but if you acctually eat to little your body will store them in order to keep you going instead of burning them

and lots and lots of water :D

chats and gabby: you both are starting as a lower weight than most of us so don't give up if you don't see a huge loss initially. I think you should increase your cardio, never eat below 1100 cals a day, drink 80 - 100 oz of water.

If you don't eat enough, your body will hold everything and if you don't drink enough water, the phen won't work as well. If find that if I focus on drinking the water, my appetite stays in check. Also, I eat something every 4 hours, even if I don't feel hungry. Your body needs the fuel.

Slip-ups are ok as long as you get right back up and keep going. Enjoy it and "let it go". Don't beat yourself up.
