So I just started phen on 3/13 & have been weighing myself everyday (I know, I know, not a good habit) & lost 7.4lbs in the first 3 days, but for the last 4 days I have weighed exactly the same, even down to the very ounce. Of course I'm happy about the loss & know that its only been a week, I just feel like I'm stuck & that number isn't going to change. I have a lot of weight to lose & feel like the scale should keep going down, even if its just alittle, not remain the same.
Does anyone have any advice & has this happened to anyone else?? I'm eating no more than 1400 cals a day & because I'm just starting, I'm starting at 30 min of exercise 3 times a week. Is there something I need to adjust??

I am also a scale addict..it sounds like you are doing pretty good to me. Make sure you are getting some kind of exercise in and put the scale away and only weigh yourself once a week (if you can)

Hi newleaf... I was shocked when i got on the scale and seen that i lost that much on one week ive never dont that in my life ..I started on 3-4-10 .. but this last week has been a tough one only lost 1lb but i am determined this week to lose more .. What ive been doing is i am splitting up my breakfast into 2 meal and also lunch and dinner that way you are having 6 small meals through out the day and your body alwats has something to burn and you never hungry also i drink about 80-100 oz of water a day it seems like a lots but i found that the more water you drink the better you feel and the better the Phen works hope this helps and best of luck on your weightloss journey keep me posted :)

You should change your calorie intake, you said you are eating no more than 1400 calories a day. Change it, one day do say 1600 and the next do 1200 then back to 1400 your body is used to the 1400 a day so if change it every now and again it will give an extra boost to your metabolism. Also a good thing to do is a "flush" go to walmart, drug store, or grocery store and buy some Magnesium Citrate, mix and drink up. Its great for our bodies to get rid of all the NASTY that gets "pushed to the side" Hope this was useful to u, and everyone else.
Keep me posted

Thanks so much for the suggestions, I will definitely give them a try. I actually got on the scale this morning & lost another 2lbs, yay the scale finally moved! Ally, I'm also jealous that you lost that much in your first week & I'm sure that you will start losing again, especially if you start working out. Good luck & keep us posted :)
