I like to chew a piece of sugarless gum after dinner or when my hubby and son are eating something tempting.

I have a large tea assortment... my favorites are yerba mate and green tea... they curb my appetite and can be made cold or hot.... plus I just don't keep food in the house that's tempting..... it's better for everyones health

Seems a bit counter-productive =/

I always have a pack of gum with me :) I've also started a new thing that was recommended to me by both a couple of the staff members at the gym I visit, as well as the (extremely well built) gentleman who works at GNC. It's called glucomannan (I think I'm spelling it right) and it was suggested when I had mentioned my irregularity. They mentioned that not only does it help with THAT, it also makes you feel full. I gotta say, they're sure right about that! :D I only started taking it a couple of days ago, so we'll see how it goes. I'm liking it so far!

I wake up and get in the shower with in a half hour of being up! I feel awake, and Im more productive during the day!
If I stay in my Jamma's I do nothing!
