Hi, my name is Jamie! I just started taking Phen 1 week ago today. I have already lost 5 lbs., and I am looking forward to losing a lot more. My overall goal is to get back down to 130 pounds (I will have to lose 100 lbs.). I gained most of my weight when I was pregnant with my first child, who is almost 3. With that pregnancy I gained 70 pounds, and I just had my second 2.5 months ago - so I am very ready to drop weight and feel good about my body again. I can't remember the last time I felt that way.

I know this journey is going to be a long one, but found this site when doing research, and thought it would be a great motivational tool!

Well I start taking my phen next week, but I have 100+ lbs to lose also, I'm right there with ya ;-)

Hi I just started too on Feb 25 and so far everything is coming along I have never exercised in my life and thanks to Phen I have a new mindset I also need to lose about 70 pounds but I dont want to get too skinny 175 or 180 would be perfect for my height(dont want to lose mt curves) so far I have lost about 13 pounds and I am praying for more. I also used to be small but after having 7 kids over the past 11 years I got heavy.Im tired of hearing the same ole "You Got So Big" I havent been 180 since after I had my 3 child and now that Im not having any more children I feel its about time I started losing this weight.Good Luck To You!:)
