hi guys---
Have only been on the phen for 4 days. I'm 5"2 and weighed in at 153 lbs. I'm one of those people who only needs to lose about 20-25 lbs.. I felt TOTALLY guilty starting the meds cause I thought I was totally coping out. Having said that, I've already lost 4 lbs---CRAZY!!!! Only really bad side effect is the dry-mouth. The real reason for my post is that, like many, I have ZERO appetite and have to force myself to eat. There is a part of me that feels really sad that I don't enjoy ANY food...sure the weight is gonna fall off but, eating out, socializing is a very fullfilling part of my life (obviously u have to eat the RIGHT foods--lol) and it feels weird to not have that. I've already cancelled dinner plans over the weekend---I can't imagine sitting in a restaurant when NOTHING about the food is pleasurable. Has anyone esle experienced this. Eating is one of life's joys----being a bit repulsed by food seems very sad to me....
