When do side effects kick in

Ok So I took my first pill at 11:30, now its almost 1pm..I was waiting to feel like cotton mouth, but right now all I feel like it I want to take a nap!

Hi! I took my first on 2-27-10 & my 1st day was awful. Within an hour I was so tired & groggy & lightheaded. I had lay in bed for 3 hours. But I had a small snack & felt much better after that. Then that night i Didn't sleep at all. I was awake 29 hours straight but after that I went back to being able to sleep well. I'm almost on my 3rd week & I still have the dry mouth but all the other issues went away. I guess for everyone it differs but if you haven't eaten yet today maybe a small snack & a nap would be a good idea. GOOD LUCK!!

Yeah I feel like I could take a nap, but I did have an hour of pilates this morning...so that could be why I feel like a Mack truck hit me. I just opened my first pop to see if I could get a little caffine in me. Dr said to just watch and see...no dry mouth yet. But I feel hungry! I have the 15mg pills and just took one today....I will see how it goes before I try two a day at 10 and 2!
