So I heard about avoiding alcohol and then heard how some of you were ok with it. I went out yesterday, had only 2 beers, and I was done. Not only did I feel weak, but my mouth was really dry and the after taste of beer in my mouth was terrible! So yeah, kiddies, DON'T drink with Phen. That's my take on it.

I know when taken Phen. you don't eat much and when you drinking on a pretty much empy stomach, can escalate the effects of the alcohol thats what happened to me on one hand its good cuz now I won't drink, but onr the other hand I really miss a cold stella beer UGH.. But I try to look at it this way there are alot of calories in the beer.

okay I know I'm like 2 months late on this posting but ---

it was my hubby's bday on May 26, so I purposely didn't take my pill on the 25th and 26th. I figured if I took about 2 days off, I could share a glass of wine with him during dinner...

BIG MISTAKE -- Holy cow. I have always had GREAT TOLERANCE, however I took 3 sips, THREE...and I was feeling so out of it I started panicking. Everything was spinning and it was just terribly weird. I left the entire glass there, I am so glad we didn't get a bottle..I ate as much bread and butter and anything that showed up on the table in hopes to feel better. Food helped..so then I would try another sip and it would kick in again. I decided, forget it, not worth it. I will never drink again unless I've been off Phen for at least 2 weeks I think. LOL..so paranoid, but I felt HORRIBLE.

So yes, agreed. DO NOT DRINK on Phen , or if you plan to anyways, drink a little bit and see how you feel!!

Today I went to a food festival and got a 16 ounce beer. It tasted a little different than I'm used to...maybe the flavor was stronger, or something was different. Then I walked back home (not too far) and my energy just crashed. Today is my 6th day and whatever consistent energy level I had all week is now gone. Not that it won't come back....I'm sure my body is just so tired from being "on" for so many days. I'm going to be one of those really wimpy grownups and just go to bed early, enjoy a long night of deep sleep, and start another day.

But yeah the beer definitely was more powerful. And the extra empty calories aren't helping this weight loss cause at all.
