question plz help me

okay I have tried to figure this out and it seems Im going to need step by step directions I want one of those signatures that track how much weight I have lost what I started at and what my goal is I can not get it to post....step by step direction plz what am I doing wrong?

make subject WEIGHT LOSS TRACKER so I dont just delete or ignore it

click on my tracker on my signature and it'll link you to the page. When you get there, create your own tracker and get the code for posting in message boards. Then come back to this site, click on "my account" at the top of the page.. then go down to "edit signature" then paste the code into that box then you're done :)
