I finally figured out how to post some pics here.

I started Weight Watcher's in Dec 2005 at 230 pounds, it took almost a year to get to ONEderland and I thought I would never go back.

Between 2007-2009 I gained it all back, plus!!

April 2009 pic I was 230 plus, maybe 235 or so.

I started Phen in July 2007 as of today I have lost about 25 pounds and need to start working out so I can lose more!!

YOU are the ONLY ones that have seen the bathing suit pic!! I figured I needed to look at it to when I'm on here.

I want to post a new ONEderland pic soon!!!!!:D

You are almost in Onederland, lady! When I look back on your past success, it is obvious this is something you CAN and WILL succeed at! I notice you are on another thread for the exercise challenge with EEB! That is esxactly what you should be focusing on- keep your body moving so that the scale will move, too! :0)

I look forward to seeing your NEW Onderland pics, dated 2010!!!! :D

Thanks!! I know I need to work out so bad!! I did sign up to that this morning along with losing 25 pounds by Easter, that would be great!!

My day was too busy today with being off I had my daughters Dr appt, shopping, you name it, I couldn't do anything. I can't work at home right now. We are remodeling my kitchen and my whole kitchen is all over the house!! I should have walked around my yard earlier. I will make sure I start tomorrow for sure. (I know that sounds like the normal, I will start tomorrow!!)

Congrats on the wt. loss. Shootin' is right about the exercise challenge. It is what you need to stay focused. It's what I need too. I'm looking forward to staying commited and I'm ready for a new challenge. See ya there.:D
