Is it just me or you just tend to want to light up when on phen? Any smoker out there? It's just so weird and expensive..

After I went off Phen about 9 months later I quit smoking (gained weight and now back on phen..lol)

I can see that happening. I quit smoking 4 months ago and started having urges after I started phen.

I started phen due to the weight gain from quitting smoking. I gained 25lbs in 2 months. Phen worked very well for me!!!

Gald to hear that. I thought I was weird.. DO you think it's possible to quit smoking while on phen?

MoonCake-
I dunno if you can quit smoking on phen...that is up to you. I myself would try to deal with one thing at a time. Not sure how much you need to loose or what your situation is.

Myself, I would wait till have good eating patterns, excersise schedule in place...then try. I cannot tell you quitting is easy but it really is not that hard either. My Dr really worked with me and I had to take xanax and lexapro and I gained 20lbs in 2 months. I am off both of those and that is why the Dr gave me phen...to give me a boost.

Just keep the path you are on, once you hit goal and can maintain it thats the perfect time to quit...you will gain but after I saw 12 pounds come on in a week I drove to the Dr's office that day before it would get out of control...I lost the smoking weight I put on in less then a month so I'm a happy camper right now.

I agree KattyKat...right when I quit the pounds just packed on overnight. I know it was just the body adjusting and water. I felt like I was gonna blow!!

White room with padded walls....lol! So true!!!

It was funny when katty said end up in a white room with padded walls. Thanks for the advice everyone. I will try to quit after developing good eating habits.
