Hi and welcome Toye! The best advice I can give is drink tons of water, at leat 1/2 your body weight in ounces. This is key to successful weight loss and keeping those pesky phen side affects at bay! Wishing you much luck:)

hey toye..my name is sam. and i started phen on 1-19 . its only been 2 days, but i love it. i have more energy to get up and do stuff. i weighed in monday at 188 and today i weigh 184.2. so thats 4pds in 2day. i dont drink my water like i`m suppose to, but the past two days i have been walking, and doing sit ups. Im hoping to be in a bakini by summer..lol

As of friday my weigh in was 186.4 so thats 5.4 pounds in 5 days !!! I will weigh in again next friday. Keep up the good work! "We can do this" Thanks for the push everyone!

I started Feb 1st with the Phem and P90X so far nothing but next week I am very hopeful. I also have been eating right with no food after 800p

Ive been gone but im still at it.

Im down to 18My diet and exersize

I have to be to work between 5 and 5:30

Usually I take phen around 7 and around 8 I walk for about 1.5 miles.

These are the things I eat when im hungry. Im not really following a specific plan but I eat or should I say snack throughout the day.

Omlets, Cheese its, rice cakes, lunch meat, pickles,
lots of water, lite apple sauce, grapefruit, bacon, chicken noodle soup,gram crackers and jello. I eat these in moderation. I find for me if I can count it then I eat it within moderation. If I dont know the calories in it I dont eat it. Hope this helps

Hello All!

Where is everyone getting their Phen? I don't trust purchasing it online, but am not sure how to go about finding a doctor that will prescribe it. I am 179lbs and my goal weight is anything under 140. I'd like to use the phen as a jump start.

Hi Azee....I too am a newbie. I got my prescription for Phen from my family doctor. I originally saw her because I could not lose weight, tired, all the symptoms of hypothyroidism. My blood work showed that I did not have anything wrong with me. My height and weight put me in the obese category and so when I asked for an appetite suppressant, she prescribed Adipex (phentermine). Your regular doctor should be able to help see if you can take the medication. I know some docs are hesistant but as long as you are willing to see them monthly and do not have high blood pressure, you should be okay.

Where do you live? I live in south jersey and my family doctor wouldn't prescribe it. She doesn't prescribe any appetite suppressants, so I asked around on this site and found a weight loss doc. It takes me about an hour to get there, but it's well worth it. I love it. $20 gets me a B12 shot and I weigh in, and I get my presciption on a monthly basis, it doesn't go through insurance and that costs me $29.

A member on here posted a link to a website with weight loss doctors listed by state I think, I'll try to find it and post it on this thread.
