Hi,
Has anyone ever had a bad experience with buying Phen online? I'm nervous about doing it as my doctor hasn't prescribed it but I really want to lose weight. Would love to hear your stories!

I did buy phen online a few years back. It was prescribed by an online doctor. When I got it, it was real. It was very expensive. I also bought online this time. But this one goes thru whoever you list as your doctor. My advice is to find a doctor in your area. You'll save 60-100 bucks a month. I listed a hospital as my doctor and somehow it got approved. But I only did it online because I couldn't find any docs where I live who would provide it. Still looking though. My pills won't actually be here until tomorrow and I will start the day after. When I get them I hope to see which doc approved it and make an appointment with him/her.

HOLY MOLY I can't believe how expensive those pills are!! I truly think that if my doctor doesn't re-up my prescription that I'm going to have to just **** it up and try to lose without the meds (which has been slow or not at all in the past). I refuse to pay that much for a pill, wow.

I tried both perscribe by my doctor and the online....the doctor perscribed worked great...I took one pill a day and wasnt hungry...the online not so great... i ha dto take two pills and was still hungry.... the online also had a thermogenic in it and that didnt kick in unless I was at the gym.... I dont recommend the online....I live in Miami and there are a few weightloss clinic here that perscribe phen with a fat burner, diuretic, laxative and potassium combo...oh yeah and a b12 shot weekly... they work pretty good...

I have to say that I thought there weren't any doctors in my area, either, but found one listed on this forum. I went today, and the doctor's visit, all of the labwork, and a month of 37.5 phen cost $115. I have the peace of mind that knowing I acquired my Phen LEGALLY (possessing it without a prescription is illegal, and that's how some of the online orders are handled) as well as the guidance, instruction and monitoring of my physician. My refill will be $60, unless I can talk my insurance into picking up the tab.

It may be worth searching a little harder for a doctor, or being willing to travel a little bit to get to the nearest one.

Best of luck to you.

Don't know if you are still here or not...but if that is your true weight....it ain't gonna happen. No doctor is going to prescribe this for you. Well, unless your height is about 24 inches.

I tried to buy online once - only to have my credit card info ripped off!!! Has anyone really ever bought online and found a consistant reliable means to do so?

I am shopping for a weight management clinic near Tampa. I am willing to drive if I need to – I work near Pinellas County. Please feel free to send me suggestions. Looking forward to hearing of all your experiences with phentermine.

I need to be Fabulousat30!

I actually just purchased online from a pharmacy and I got the real stuff, but it was expensive. I had gotten information from a different weight loss board and thought I would try it out. My Dr wouldnt give me a refill so I did my research and purchased somewhere else. I also thought too since I dont have insurance and had to pay to see the DR that the price actually equalled out.

Buying online without a script or seeing a real doctor is treading on dangerous and illegal grounds. I'm bringing out the mommy in me when I say be very careful!!! Buying online- you are not getting the real Phentermine because it is a controlled substance available by prescription only. If you do get the real stuff, you have obtained it illegally and this could come back to haunt you.

First off, ask why your doctor won't prescribe any more for you... Phen should be used as a tool to get you started on establishing a healthy lifestyle. You should continue that healthy lifestyle after Phen. If you can't, perhaps seek counseling to find out what is holding you back psychologically from continuing on a healthy lifestyle.

I get Phen legally from a doctor and only pay $26.72 a month from the pharmacy for my monthly fill. I'm not sure why everyone says it is so expensive... consider your sources because you are getting ripped off.

If not financially, then health wise- by taking a gamble with your health buying something online that you have no clue what it contains. These marketers got your money and that's all they care about.

My doctor will not under no circumstances prescribe phen for anyone for more than 2 weeks! I purchased mine through an online pharmacy, which requires a doctors information, such as name, phone number, city and state so they can call the doctor and verify. I used an old pcp as my doctor. My medication came in a prescription bottle, with my name and info, the doctors name, directions for use, a prescription number....everything that comes on a pill bottle when you get it from a local pharmacy. The phen I received is the real deal, is not fake and does work. I know many people who do purchase phen from online pharmacies where they call your doctor to verify and they have too received real phen. Im not buying it from some random person selling phen, nor a website that is charging 200 for 30 pills.
I have an appointment with a different doctor in a few weeks, who is a metabolic doctor.

I am definitely not trying to start a debate... just cautioning those that are desperate to lose weight and we all can relate to that.

If you used an old pcp as your doctor- and he approved it- I just think it is sad that this doctor did this without even seeing you and knowing your CURRENT medical history, what other prescriptions you are taking, or even your current weight. I have known people to do this with other controlled substances (narcotics/pain pills) etc. and doctor shop. I am in no way saying you are doing this... I just think it is sad that a doctor would approve a prescription for an old patient without first evaluating them in person.

Doctors are there for guidance and are aware of any drug interactions or potential threats to your health that may exist if you add Phen to your daily regimen... for those thinking of starting Phen- be your own self advocate to the risks and dangers because when used properly, Phen is a great medication.

I didnt think people could do that with other controlled substances, not that I would try to, but I can imagine other people trying to. I didnt know if my previous PCP would approve it or not and he did, and it is his name on my prescription, it is crazy. I did pay a little more than I would at the pharmacy locally but it is able to get me through until I can see my new doctor on the 16th of this month.

Hi everyone, welcome new folks,

Under "experiences" I started a thread about my ( imaginary-cause-it- hasn't- been- diagnosed- yet) ADD, entitled "How Wonderful". **

I was so excited to go from morbidly obese to just obese with Phen, that i forgot for a second that Phen has also pointed a giant arrow at me saying ADD, ADD.

*Phen doesn't give me energy, it makes me feel and act stoned ... and that reaction to Phen is classic ADD.

But... maybe I have been given a great gift because all the medications for ADD are basically a form of Phen... So I will always have access to some sort of Phen, even if my weightless doctor moved. *

So, if I see a doctor and receive an ADD label. * There would be no need for me to buy through the mail.

Of course, I'm still holding out for "gifted adult" with sensitives which often appears to be ADD.

I better hurry up and book the shrink.

I totally agree with you, it's really worrying when you see some of the before and target weights that people have set themselves! I've got two daughters and would be at my wits end if they wanted to reach under 100lbs!!
