Headaches

I have been on Phen for three weeks. I have dropped from a 37.5 pill to half. I am having bad headaches, and it has to be this pill. Does anyone else get headaches? Does a half of a pill work for anyone else? It seems to work but of course wears off early afternoon (somewhat).

Also, this pill makes me extremely tired. I am waiting for the energy that most people get with it.

I have headaches too but same thing, I quit caffeine and wonder if the headaches are from that.
I don't have any of the energy I was hoping to get :-(

I've been getting headaches as well but not all the time. My eyes are also more sensitive to my contacts. I've been taking phen for a month. I'm going to go back to only 1/2 pill of the 37.5 mgs. It works just fine for me. Hopefully this will also elminate some of these symptoms.

I have been on Phen for 4-days and I get headaches, but not regularly. Today, I took 1/2 7-8am and 1/2 1-2pm. Hopefully, this will help with the sleeplessness. I am hoping that by 9pm - 10pm I will be tried and fall asleep.

Hi I have been on Phen for a week and the first couple of days that I thought would never go away, and also quit the caffine, but my headache went away about the 4th day.

I have a periodic headaches as well. I switched to decaff coffee when I started taking phen. It maybe the reduction in caffine.

I just started the Phen last Thusday and I was also having headaches. Mine were always on the left side and went down to my neck. But they only lasted a couple of days. Now they are gone until today when I got done rearranging my bedroom I was very hot and sweaty and started to get a headache so I drank a bottle of water and felt fine a few minutes later. So I dont know if that was related or not. As for the energy I am full of it, I sit at a computer all night at work and bounce my legs A LOT because I have so much, they've even began calling me twitch at work. Hopefully you will get some to it's an awsome feeling when your used to sitting on your but all day and your to lazy to get up and get yourself something to drink.

I took phen 10 yrs ago and lost nearly 40 lbs. I experienced no side-effects. Three weeks ago I started up again. The first 4 days were just like before. On the 5th day I began having headaches, migraine was more like it and nothing I took made them go away. After a week of headaches lasting ALL DAY LONG I was ready to give up phen. Instead I stopped drinking sodas and increased my water intake. I don't know if it was the caffiene in the sodas and/or not drinking enough water, but the headaches are gone and I haven't had one since.

Maybe try to drink more water and don't forget to eat. It's so easy to forget about food on phen.

I also have headaches for the first 3-4 days of taking phen but it will go away after that, until I run out, then I have headaches again for a couple of days.

I have been on Phen for 1 month. I have suffered from migraines for about 12 years. My migraine specialist said I could take the phen unless I start with bad headaches then I would have to stop it. So I think it could be a side effect of it. I take 2 15mg. a day which does not do anything for my appitite. I have only lost 2 1/2 pounds for the whole month.

ive been taking phen since friday.i just started having headaches on monday along with nausea.wondering if this is a side affect or if it is because i am not able to eat much.im trying to eat at least a thousand calories but have no appetite.i also stopped drinking ice coffee as of friday and soda.should i be overly concerned about the headaches?

Okay, I'm back with the headaches. It started again yesterday evening as just a dull pain. I was fine this morning, however alittle after noon the pain has steadily gotten to the point I'm ready to throw the rest of my pills out. Nothing I've taken has helped lessen the pain either. The only relief I got today was lying down. I can't lay down all day. I really don't want to quit the phen but I don't know what else to do. Any suggestions?

I was getting really bad headaches also, and I been on phen for a month 1/2,, they started at the begining of this week, when I was driving I could not even concentrate because of the headaches, and I be getting chills, its weird, I took a advil for the headache and it did not work, so I figured out what it was yesterday, I was hungry, but instead of knowing that your hungry like I did before phen, I keep forgetting to eat so when I finally ate something and laid down, I felt so much better, phen have you so forgetful, you forget to eat, and when its time for you to eat, you cant decide what you want to eat, so you end up prolonging more, then you realize time done pass and you still havent eating, sometimes I even forget to take the phen.lol. Its crazy, I cant wait til I lose this weight so I can lower my dose and get my mind right
