Greetings to All!
Does anyone know of a doctor in or around Springfield, MO that will prescribe phentermine? If not, are there any weight loss clinics that will? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
God Bless!

I'd start with a "goggle" search using "weightloss clinics (or drs) in Springfield, MO" and see what you get.
There also might be other phensters in your area who visit this site that may have suggestions for you.
Good luck.

I'm in the Joplin Metro area (about an hour away from Springfield), and there are quite a few clinics that will prescribe Phentermine. The first one is SlimVision (they will provide you the prescription there but it costs $40-50). The second one is Shapers (which is where I went to!). They'll prescribe it to you or call it in at your pharmacy you want to go to. Another place you can get it is at the clinic at North Park Mall. The doctor will prescribe it to you if you take a blood test.
I hope this helps.

Thanks for the replies guys.
To Desrae87:
I was just wondering if Shapers or SlimVision requires you to have a certain BMI in order to obtain the prescription.
Thanks and God Bless!

Hey All:
I found a doctor in Springfield, Missouri that will prescribe phentermine. His name is Dr. Matthew Ting. He is also an OBGYN and he runs a clinic called Springfield OBGYN off of Montclair Street. You should be able to go to google and type in his name plus Springfield, Missouri and come up with a link with his exact address and number.
Have a blessed Day!

Buderflykisses86: Does Matthew Ting do a blood test or anything? Or does he just do an exam and give you phentermine? How much does it cost? I used to go to the clinic in Carthage before I moved to Springfield.

Hi Erka00:
Sorry it took me so long to reply. Dr. Ting did not have me take a blood test but I think he does it on a case-by-case basis. As far as the price goes, it is a little expensive. He does not accept insurance either. Each office visit costs $72, and he will only prescribe a one month supply at a time.
If you have anymore questions please feel free to ask!
