Hi
I started Phen on 10-14-09. I am going to the weight clinic in my town weekly. I was down 8.8lbs in 2 weeks which is amazing to me. I am eating real whole food about every 3-4 hours trying to keep my blood sugar level. I had a few mild side effects in the first 2 days, but now feel great. I am 51 yrs old and started putting on weight after a bout of depression. It seems like the anti-depression pills were helping me pack on 20lbs at a time. Well, today I feel like there is hope for me. I love reading all the stories on this board. They answer alot of questions and help me stay motivated. I love the photos too. I just can't get my photos to post...:rolleyes:

ps: I have increased my exercise to 3-4 times a week too and drink 96 oz of water a day!

Weighed in today... down 1 pound from last week:p
Down a total of 10.2 for the first month. I wish it was more! I get anxious to get the scale moving. I guess slow and steady wins the race in the end!

Congrats !! That's great! 5-10 lbs a month is average so you're right on track. It takes a while to gain the weight so it's going to take a while to lose. The slower you go the more you will have established good habits instead of crash dieting and gaining it all back.
