It sounds me to me like you may have trapped gas but of course I'm not a Dr so don't dismiss your pain if it continues.

My first month I was not hungry and not eating so I wasn't losing like I thought I would but you need to eat to lose so I ate because I knew I had to and lost 12 pounds my first month, then 6 pounds my 2nd month and now only 4 pounds this last month but my Dr was happy with that.

I can eat now and my co worker just started taking it and I watch her at lunch and remember how I was on my first month.

Just make sure you are drinking water and check with your Dr if you are having pain.

I know what you mean about i have to eat to lose, that is what is frustrating me the most, but like i said it actually makes me vomit, even the thought of taking the phen in the morning makes me feel sick, because im swallowing somthing solid, its really wierd,

I'm going into my second month, and I'm having the can't eat anything feeling also. I have to force myself to hold down food and I can only get about one or two bits in of anything I eat. Try switching to every other day for the pill. Morning is the worst time for me also. Especially when I brush my teeth. If you can't eat solid food, then try the shakes. That's all I can handle in the morning. Hope you are feeling better soon. And I would call the Doc if you are having any kind of chest pain.

you may be having gas pains, but when in doubt you should always get checed out. since you did so well the first week it could also be that you have that virus that is going around.

Did anyone check to see if your pregers? After the first month I wouldnt think that you would have new side effects much less morning sickness. Just a thought.

I know what you are saying about it being hard to eat, enjoy it now, lol. It gets better but try to eat something, something good for you if you can. I did vomit or feel like I was going to but I didn't want anything. Even going to the store I would stand there looking at choices and didn't want anything. Now in month four, I can eat, I want the food but still eat less.

Good luck to you. Are you still having the pains under your ribs?
