FINALLY...

Had to share that I am finally under 200! I am SO excited I shrieked in my bathroom this morning! I have been on and off phen since the spring and I am now 198.5! YAHOO...
I have struggle for 30 years with my weight and I finally feel great. My heaviest was 286..I am 5'10" but I started phen when I was 257. I don't post often but check in regularly. Thanks for the support. I am so happy! TGIF and success to all. :-)

It is the never ending struggle but stay focused. Long term..it is worth it. I am doing this for me and to be healthy for my family. It is also great to be able to shop again and feel younger! Good luck ;-)
