I take 1200 mg of Neurontin a day for my neuropathy. I also take phen which I get from the same doctor. The phen is 37.5. It seems that the neurontin takes the kick out of the phen you know the anxiousness, energy boost etc.
Well for the past few days, I have been feeling like I am in a daze. So I didn't take my second dose of neurontin last night too see what happened. Well the pain was so great it woke me up so I had to take it. I decided not to take the phen today. I honestly don't know what is going on.
My doctors office has an incompetent staff so calling them wont do any good.
I also take Mobic (for frozen shoulder, tendinitis/bursitis), zocor, flonase and lortab 7.5.
I have never had a problem with the other meds that I take.
I am just curious if anyone else has experienced this while taking neurtontin and phen together. Or if you ever got to where you couldn't take neurontin at all.
