I had the mood swings and dry mouth while on it. I didn't have the headaches though. Are you eating enough? Could that be causing the headaches?

omg, I haven't heard about the bladder pain and/or infections.

I took the 37.5 for 11 weeks but had to go off of it due to heart issues. I've been being treated for bladder problems since Sept. 15th. It didn't bother me too much then but about a week later it was worse. I've been on pain meds for about 3 weeks now. They did find a slight abnormality in the tube leading to my left kidney when they did a CT scan. When I went to the hospital, they said I passed it but the tube was very irritated. I'm waiting to see what happens on Monday when they take the stint out of my tube. Hopefully everything will be back to normal.

Did you find that info on the net somewhere or was that hearsay from someone?

Edit the previous post:

"passed it" meaning they said it was a kidney stone

Have you been taking the pill consistenly? One of the side effects is irritability. I suffered from that as well. If you are not being consistent, then the side effects will reappear when you re-start the phen. Also, dry mouth is a side effect. You should be drinking at least 75oz. if not more of water a day. Perhaps if you're not drinking the water and your dry that has something to do with the bladder issues. Lastly, the headaches could be related to you not eating enough or not drinking enough. I'm not a doctor, but just my opinions! Good luck to you!

my first week on phen it completely killed my appetite and I will admit for 6 entire days I ate nothing and had to force down a gallon of water each day attempting to atleast stay hydrated...and trying to quench my horendous thirst...even that didnt work though, i ended up going into the whole ketosis and had bladder problems for the whole time and even two weeks after and the dry mouth was awful. Could it be that you aren't eating enough to keep your body functioning normally??? Don't get me wrong, Phen is AMAZING & I have lost more weight than I ever imagined while taking it, but I personally have to force myself to even eat small meals while on it, and have noticed more weight loss on days that I have eaten well than on days where I hadn't eaten. For the first few weeks my husband kept making comments to me that my phen was making me really nasty........but I just blew it off..........once a day or so........I would just go on into a rage. That has'nt happened in months though so I just assumed body adjusted to the med.
