I was so excited to start taking phentermine and it really does work but it is making me feel awful. My stomach cramps all day long and I have mild diareah and instead of giving me energy it make me tired!! I have only been taking it for three days. Will this go away? On the other hand I have lost 4 pounds!!

Hi Renae. Sorry your question has gone unanswered. I hate to see that in forums! I started phen two days ago. I haven't had cramps or diarrhea, but I've had extreme tiredness. I was so disappointed, too! I was really looking forward to the energy rush others talked about.
Since it's been a while since you posted this question, how's it going now? I'm interested to know if my tiredness is going to go away too.
And how is your weight loss coming along?

Hey-I just read your post. I started 4 days ago and I have the energy for sure but its not like with over the counter drugs and ephedra. I just feel alert. I have to say I'd rather have the diarrhea than the constipation!! Of course I seriously have not been eating. I get NO hunger pangs at all. I love it. I know I should eat but I wasnt a big eater before and was staying fat. So we'll see...
