Well this last week was my first week, and I have to say it went really well! The doctor put me on 15.0mg to see how my body would react and gave me another script in case I wanted to up my dose, which I ended up doing a few days into it, so by the end of the week I was taking 30.0mg. When I first took the 15.0mg I didn't feel any different, but as soon as took the 30.0mg I feel a difference. What changed the most was that as soon as I take the pill my heart races a little, but goes away before noon, and comes back if I drink any type of caffeine, and the other thing that changed was that my mouth felt dryer, so that means bump up the water intake. Over this last week I was not able to do any exercises but I was running around doing errands and chasing after my 1.5 year old in the heat, so I am sure that helped as well. When I weighed in this morning I wasn't expecting a big weight loss because TOM started today as well, but when I got on the scale I was down 5 lbs. My goal for this week to is start exercising with my Wii Fit while my son takes a nap, or after he goes to bed which I know will help bring a bigger number for next week! I wanted to go into this much detail because before I started on my Phen I had no idea what to expect so this is for those people who haven't started it yet. Good luck! And just remember, you don't have to go to the gym to excersice...even chasing after your kids is considered exercise!
