Do you take it first thing in the morning before you eat or do you eat first and then take it?
I had this problem when I first started back in August after taking them for 1 week. I found that for me, I had to eat in the morning first and then take the pill about 2 hours after. It worked much better. When I was getting the extreme nausea, I had to stop taking them for 2 weeks until I felt better and then started taking them after I ate. But I do take the 30 mg.
If you want try it this way but take only half the pill to start. I've heard some say that it wears off but I just couldnt take it which is why I stopped for a while to get myself together.
I hope you feel better.

I had the same problem. I took the pill in the morning and I wouldn't be hungry for breakfast or lunch, but come 1pm and I would get so nauseated I would sit by the commode. I started eating alittle something even if I was not hungry. I will eat a peach or a handful of pretzels. That seemed to help. although I still get nauseated sometimes, its not as bad.
