i'm going to get it to improve my mood but there is a 50mg one and a 100mg..what kind/brand/mg should i get?

Hi there I am on 5 HTP I got the 50mg and take 1 in the morning and 1 at night....but I think everyone is different...so I would suggest buying the 50mg and see what it does for you...

Hi I'm taking the 200mg time-released one. Meh- don't really notice a huge difference..I'm gonna try to be more consistent with it...we shall see I suppose.
