I suffer from migraines and less severe sinus headaches. I have a mild headache today, I'm wondering if I can take anything for this while on the Adipex. Normally I'd take Excedrin migraine but it's filled with caffine, don't think that is safe. Does anyone know, I'd really appreciate some feedback, can't find anything on the Internet.

Hi, When I startede taking Phen, headaches were one of my side effects. I did contact my dr office and they advise me I was able to take Aleve. I only had head aches for the first couple days. Hope this helps.. if your dr not avail I would check with pharmacist.

I would also check with the pharmacy. I take ibuprofen for my headaches- and it seems to work alright. Then again, I do not suffer from mirgraines.
