I heard it takes about a week for the negative Adipex side effects to pass. Is that right?
I tried 15 mg last Sunday, didn't like the feeling, I have to drive my child 50 miles three times a week, creeped me out to do that on this drug. I just restarted Thursday on the full 37 dose because I've got a 5 day stretch with no driving. I hope my body adjusts.
I feel sluggish, confused, I make dumb mistakes driving (I backed out the driveway without checking in one direction, damn near got hit), I don't have energy like I thought. I get hungry on and off but I am definitely not eating like I did. I have muscle cramps / tension all day. I hardly slept last night.
I am willing to let my body adjust. I hate my weight and it's worth the effort. I got up today around 5:30 and took my pill, I hope this helps me sleep better at night.
I did some drugs in my youth too and this is a lot like meth without the "high" that people find so attractive. I didn't like that stuff and I'm not hip on this. I read the stories here, though, and I'm totally willing to follow this road. I'll be 40 in four months, I just can't pass the milestone looking like I do now so here I am.
I'm 5"4" and 176. I'm pushing for a healthy 140.
I think good vitamins are essential to this journey because I'm sure the Adipex depletes the body, especially of potasium and protein.
