Hello Everyone. My name is Traci, started Adipex today, just 15 mg. I felt a bit jittery at first but I didn't notice that my hunger had changed all that much. I probably need the full dose but we'll see.
I'm 39 and I've got a 4-year-old. I gained a lot of weight in the last two years - 40 pounds since July 4, 2007 to now. As my 40th birthday approaches, I got pretty depressed about it. There are lot of things in my life I'd like to change -- my weight is certainly one that's within my control. But, I have struggled with really bad back pain and low energy. I finally saw a doctor about this, just adore him, he gave me the Adipex.
As a side note, we live in Florida near the theme parks, those places are filled with bikini-clad moms, sometimes four or five kids behind them, many of who look like models. At least some are my age so I just have no excuse whatsoever. I really want to look good.
Let me ask everyone -- I took one does of 15mg about 10 am today. I didn't really notice a dip in my hunger level. Maybe I need more?
