Hi all. I came across this site by accident and I'm quickly finding it to be very motivating. I started Phen in April after going to a weightloss clinic. The first 2 weeks like everyone else I lost the most. I lost 14lbs. After that it is slowing down. My start of my second month I only loss 8lbs and as of today i'm still stuck at the same weight. I went to my appointment on June 18th and recieved the next dosage up which is 37.5mg. The hunger pains are no longer there but i'm still STUCK .

The diet plan that i was instructed to do was all white meat NO RED MEAT, lots of veggies except for cooked/steamed carrots, peas, and corn. Only fruits I can have is Oranges, Apples, and grapefruit. I can only drink WHITE grapefruit with no sugar. Lots of water. At least 1 protein with each meal. I'm allowed to have 2-3 pieces at whole wheat bread a day. The list is really short and I'm quite frankly getting sick of the same thing over and over again. It's really pushing me to the edge of almost crashing and falling off the wagon.

I need something different. I need help with recipes, meal plans. I walk 2-3 times a week for 45 minutes during lunch. I drink tons of water and my decaf ice tea with splenda.

I have hit my plateau and need a jump start. I have read to to go off the diet for 2-3 days to shock my body and trick it. Does this work? HELPPPPPPP.

I am trying to get down to 130 before my husband and I's first 7 day cruise together. I want to look hot and sexy in a summer dress that he keeps begging me to wear and i'm uncomfortable doing so at this moment. I have gotten alot of compliments on my weight loss and it helps me to keep motivated but the main thing that is keeping me going is our trip on November 1st.

Can someone please help me with a menu and excercise schedule? I have the wii fit and I love it but I work from 730am to 7pm Monday - Thursday and I'm tired by the time I get home. I do get the B-12 shot every two weeks for vitamins since i'm not a vitamin pill taker. I don't know about anyone else but no matter how tired I am I struggle to sleep at night and I wake up all hours tossing and turning. Once i'm up i'm fine but by 3pm is when I start to feel the tiredness.

I'd try and cut the Splenda Tea & go off the diet for a few days. I know when I did that after I got back on I lost an additional 10lbs. Everyone's body & mindset is different, so if you don't think you can go back to your diet plan, I wouldn't jump off just yet.

I have heard different things about the b-12 shot, some say it hinders weightloss, some get it FOR weightloss. Maybe skip it? And see how your body reacts.

Yes after reading more posts I noticed that people say to trick your body. To go off of it for about 3 days and then go back to strict eating. So today I started that. I did however start off on a good start........egg beaters in the morning, 1 Whole wheat bread with a 1/2 a teaspoon of 100% fruit jelly and 6oz of white unsweetened grapefruit juice. Morning snack was light & fit yogurt, BUTTTTT for lunch I had a torpedo sandwich from Quiznos with tuna, lettuce, vinegar, onions and banana peppers. So although I most likly messed up with the bread at least I still kept a conscious decision to get the healthiest sandwich instead of ham, bacon, or the usuals that I eat.

Yeah I can't live off of not having any kind of other drinks but water. I love my tea with a package of splenda. I do not drink diet pop. I went cold turkey on all pop since February. Feeling pretty good about it.

As far as the B-12 shot goes, I am going to skip next week. I'm going to see how it does for me. I went on a higher dosage of Phen at 37.5 last Thursday and took them on Friday. Between Friday and Saturday I lost 3 lbs. BUT on father's day I had shrimp and 3 little bites of key lime pie and that cause me to gain back my 3 lbs. BOOO shrimp is good, pie NO.

I also am going to start back up on my wii fit because since loosing some weight I can feel my butt and arms feeling flabby with loose skin....NOT GOOD.

does anyone one have any good recipe's or a sample menu of what they eat?
