Ok I am on day 4 today and doing really well. I am down 5lbs already. I didnt take my pill yestarday(we were away over night and I forgot my pills) and that was my only day so far that I managed to eat a decent amount of food. before I started I average 2500+ calories a day and most were sugar loaded and high fat foods. I now find that I can hardly manage to get a 1000 calories down during the day. I am afraid that this will have a negitive affect on my weight loss if I don't eat enough... How much are all of you eating and how do you get yourself to eat if you don't feel like it...

thanks

Margaret

Sounds like you are off to a wonderful start!! You need to eat between 1,000-1,200 calories a day. Also, try to make them good calories and not a lot of carbs. If you don't eat enough calories, your body will go into starvation mode and you will not lose as quickly, then when you eat a normal amount, it will be easier to gain the weight back. It's best to lose slow and steady. This gives your body time to adjust as you lose the weight. The main thing is to make changes that you can live with even when you stop taking phen. Good luck!!:D

Thanks for the reply. That is kind of what i am shooting for. I have been working on getting more fruits and vegetables in my diet and to watch all the extra stuff I used to add to my foods. I am doing good today, just around 1200 for the day. So things might be settling in to a better pace.
