Just wanted to say hello to everyone. I've been reading the posts for several days and really feel inspired and motivated. I am what the french call " of a certain age" and was always thin till I had a gallbladder removed in 1989 and I've been on the diet roller coaster since then. I am at my heaviest weight and I've had enough of this. Still haven't found a Dr. but will keep looking and will keep in touch here. This a great place to learn about perseverance.
