35mg 3x a day...how do I sleep?

Im suppossed to take 2 pills, 35mg each, 3 times a day. Yeasterday I actually took it the right way, and at 1am, I was staring at the clock and my mind was racing!!!
Sooo, whats the deal? If I dont take all 3 doses will I not lose weight? Im never hungry...ever!!
I was on phentermine, lost about 12 pounds in 3 weeks, but was always hungry. Whats the best way to get good outcomes with this stuff?

Oral dosage form (Capsules) - 15 to 37.5 mg once/day before breakfast or 1-2 hours after breakfast.

Oral dosage form (Tablets) - 15 to 37.5 mg once/day before breakfast or 1-2 hours after breakfast. Instead of taking it once a day, your doctor may tell you to take 15 to 37.5 mg in divided doses one-half hour before meals.

Oral resin dosage form (Capsules) - 15 to 30 mg once/day before breakfast.

I guess that the answer to your question is, you don't sleep. I have no idea how you possibly could!

Is there any possibility that you missunderstood the directions?

I don't even know if that dose is safe, but I would bet that it's not.

I was intentionally switched to phendimetrazine bc I just wasnt getting good appetite control with phentermine. The bottle clearly directs me to take 2 tabs 3x's a day...35mg each.
Im just gonna cut it to twice day. last week I was a speeding mess, didnt eat at all, and only lost 2 pounds...and when I say didnt eat, I mean like 3 bowels of cereal in 6 days. I attempted to eat a chicken sandwich, but couldnt even stomach half of it.

Yesterday, my doctor increased my phen from 37.5 mg to taking an additional half of tablet in the afternoon. This is exactly what I am afraid of. I don't want to be wired constantly. I don't think that I am going to take it like that, unless my cravings are unbearable in the evening. Other than that, I don't think so!

I just finished my first two weeks on Phend I take One pill 3X daily the first couple of days I was wired I think by the 5th day I crashed now I sleep like a baby
