My past diet successes have been by lowcarbing (2000 went from 212-158) after 2004 started gaining back to 200.
I start everyday with a diet and by bedtime usually feel beat by hunger and my lack of control.
Urgently trying to lose some weight before our vaca Aug 1st.
Was 200 the first of this year, got down to 180, back up to 191. Scared me enough to get some help.
For the first month I'd like to do low cal, low carb, high protein/some fat (helps ward off my hunger).
I know support works so I'll be here daily.
Day one for me - 191lbs :o
1st goal - Aug. 1- 175lbs (not sure if 16lbs is doable?)
Final goal by Nov 14 - 150lbs
