I am happy! This stuff works. I have been able to eat almost the same three meals a day with practically no cheating.

This stuff curbs my hunger somewhat but what really works is that the cravings are gone.

It has not been a total walk in he park. I feel weird sometimes, my mouth is really dry and I have to take xanax to sleep which makes me depressed. But it is worth it if I can lose another 15 lbs in the next month!

I go between 1/2 and a whole 37.5. Some exercise, not enough! Lots of water.

Congrats, if you see your losses slowing down then mix it up a bit. You want to keep your body confused so dont eat the same thing every day. Keep it up!

hmmm, I never thought of that, thanks! I do eat EXACTLY the same for breakfast and lunch.

I have to get up early in the morning to take my pills. I set my alarm for 5:30, take them, then lay down until they kick in. This gives me energy all day and I am able to sleep well at night.

Yeah when we do the same foods and exercises every day our bodies get used to them

If I do that I am starving after dinner!

Me too (on the starving after dinner). I do best if I take it midmorning. That way, I'm not as tempted to eat in bed, which is a bad habit of mine. IfI have a hard time sleeping, I take 5-HTP (200 mg). It's an over the counter supplement that my doc okayed to take with phen. It really helps calm me down!

Oh, but I should add, if I'm super sleepy, I do take it early in the morning and let it kick in before I get out of bed. Then, I just make the day a little shorter by going to bed earlier the next night.
