I have totally given up drinking soft drinks and am so pround of myself it has been a little over a week and a half since I last had pop. I have instead been drinking lots of water and crystal light, hopefull this will help my weight loss:)

I just got back on phentermine last week...after having a baby a year ago. since then I have gone from reg. soda to diet....and now i am thinking that the diet is REALLY hindering my weightloss I have read tons of people who agree and disagree abotu the sugar substitute, I think I really need to go to just water (it is SO hard though) anywho....have you noticed a big change since switching? more energy or anything? Thanks...I need ALL the motivation I can get...it is non existant right now for some reason! :(

I'm getting ready to start taking Phen (long story)....but in prepartion I have started eliminating soda from my every day. I was the girl that stopped at the BP on the way to work EVERY day and got a 32 oz Mountain Dew. And then Taco Bell Mt. Dew for lunch and then on the way home, I had to stop and pick up a 2 liter to make sure that I had some for the evening.
I've been reducing my intake for the past 10 days. I have stopped the compulsive stop at BP in the mornings for sure. Yesterday I only drank 1 12 oz coke all day. I'm thirsty as I sit here and write this to you - I haven't started on the water yet....I know that is next.
But keep it up - my doctor figures I'll loose a good 20 pounds from removing the soda and starting phen.
