O.K my 2nd week was ok im down to 245 but im wondering is my phen wearing off or something. Im not hungry and when i eat i am soooo full after 2 bites , i think this week im going to start excercising and see what results i have next week.

Congratulations on your results! I am hopeful for the same-I am on day 2 so we shall see.

How do you like your start so far? Im sure you'll do fine . Everyone i know has lost the most weight in the first week. I here losing 2 to 3 pounds per week is healthy and normal anything else else is losing too fast.

Exercise helps a lot. I can't seem to bring myself to get off my butt lately.

Its normal to lose slowly after he first week, slow and steady wins the race..the slower you lose the more likely youll keep it off!

Well, I weighed this morning (day 3) and have lost 2.5 lbs so I hope to continue that trend for the remainder of my first week. As soon as I start feeling normal I am going to start exercising, so hopefully will continue to loose at a decent rate, even if it is slower than the first week.
