I have been on Phen for about 5 weeks now. I have only lost 9 lbs. I keep seeing all of these weight loss posts and I can't figure out why I have been so slow to lose. UGH!

I started taking the 37.5 Phen (blue & white specks) which worked great and then switched to the 30 Yellow Caps (A160). Anyone have experience with the A160's? Maybe they aren't working that well for me. I don't know. I'm beginning to get discouraged but am trying my best not to.

FYI I work out 5-6 days a week doing cardio and weights 2-3 days. Eat super clean, mostly fruits and veggies and proteins. Please help.

[I]everybods BODY IS different.......... I consider myself to be on the slow side too,,,,, I started Phen at 233 in January and have lost about 26 lbs since then, yeah it seems slower than others,,,,, but hey atleast we are losing and they say the slower you lose the easier it is to mainiain,,,, so just keep doing all the right things and it will payoff in the end....I know it is frustrating,,,,,,, just keep it up You are doing GREAT!!!!! and remember you might be losing inches vs weight which is even Better sometimes!!!!!!!!;)I]

In six weeks I've lost 12.5 lb., which is much slower than some women.

My doctor (she's super thin) recommended this for those of us who are metabolically resistant to weight loss:

Eat protein at breakfast.
Drink green tea throughout the day.
Break exercise into relatively short segments - instead of doing an hour of cardio, do two sets of thirty at least a few hours apart.
Do at least 15 minutes of weight lifting every other day with relatively heavy weights.
Get lots of sleep (laughable).
Perform stress reducing excercises (like walking, stretching, gentle yoga) as stress affects hormones that cause weight gain.

I don't do any of them yet.
