:) Hello everyone. I am new to this website. I have an appointment in July to try to get phentermine. I just wanted to get everyones opinion on what to do or what not to do. Also...does it make u jittery? I hate that feeling!! But i have been working out and I have changed my diet and I have not lost ANY weight or inches!!!!! I'm sick of the weight and decided to try this route. Soooo if anyone has any advice...I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks ;)

Pretty much everyone on here seems to have different reactions to phen....some have tons of energy and some of us lack it. I am one of those who lacks energy with the phen. Only when you start taking phen will you know how it will effect you, but read around and see the different stories everyone has to offer. Good luck!

By all means continue in your exercise don't stop the phentermine will only enhance your currentlifestyle of trying to take that weight off. Stay upbeat you will notice over time more energy and less cravings and hunger. I've been on and off of phentermine and it has helped me tremendously, and let me add I started phentermine in 2005 and I find that I do ok for a little while as in turning down cake, cookies, sodas, etc. But eventually I need it again(phen) to stop the cravings. Hang in there!

I have been on/off phen since July of last year..I lost 46 lbs before some things happened in my life in feb-march..i'm back on track now though and losing again. Phen is a great aid for weight loss because we work hard and make lifestyle changes. I never got jittery, most of us get energy and just want to clean or exercise for the first week..while others lack energy..I got energetic, cleaned, and exercised. I found phen helps with energy levels if u exercise right after taking it..Drink half your weight in oz of water every day, it really helps with weight loss, it flushes toxins and sodium from our bodies..plus every 8 oz of COLD water you drink burns 35 calories. Dont deprive yourself of anything..it only leads to bingeing..portion control and moderation are key for success..substitute the bad for the good..cut out processed foods, substitute butter for margerine, etc etc...You will do fine!
