I'm into my second week now. Last week, I lost 9 pounds. Thing is, that scale hasn't moved since the day I saw 179 on it. It's still hovering right there. But then something really odd is happening. My face is noticeably thinner this morning, and my clothes are still getting looser. I am wearing a skirt today that I could't zip up two weeks ago, and now it's loose! It can't be "the exercise" because I have started doing much of anything yet.

Is this weird or what?

Well it always takes me a few weeks to catch up with my losses..just because or bodies have lost the weight doesnt mean our inches lost have caught up with us yet. Thats why it took me so long to fit into new clothes at first..I had lost 25 lbs before I acctually was able to buy a new pair of jeans 2 months later lol.

That is SO strange. But I'm glad it's not uncommon. :)

Well, I'm still at 179 and I have been for the past 5 days. But it's TOM, and I guess that's part of it. :(

I know the feeling! My scales have been stuck and just stated moving again but I know TOM'S coming this weekend GRRRR...... and Im sure it will go back up. I think Im going to have my BF take the scale to work with him while TOM's here lol!! You can do it girl, We all can!

I only sometimes stay stuck or gain a few lbs during TOM, but thats just usually water weight, since my TOM is pretty bad while on phen I take a diuretic during that time to relieve the water weight that causes my cramps and I will occasionally lose some weight while on TOM still.

Congrats on your weight loss so far!! I am just beginning my 3rd month on phen and I've lost 31 lbs so far!! I have noticed that one week I might lose more weight then the next week not so much but my body gets smaller. I have read a few post on here that comment on the same thing, so, as weird as it is, and I certainly can't explain it, I think its fairly common. And as long as I'm getting smaller, I'm happy!! I'm bout out of clothes here, trying not to buy too many because I hope to continue shrinking!! So far, I'm hanging on by wearing a few of my teenage daughters things...think I'm not happy about that??!! Good luck to you and this stuff does work!! Just hang in there and don't get frustrated at the slow points!!

Thanks! I am trying to recall back when I lost a large amount of weight several years ago, and it seems like I had times like that but I'm not sure. I only weighed myself once every one-two weeks, so I didn't see a lot of the ups and downs.

I am looking forward to getting to that mini-goal of 161. That is a good place for me because at that weight, I am a lot more comfortable and I will have a lot more options as far as clothes go. From there, I will be able to relax a lot and not stress so much about every bite that I put into my mouth. The loss will slow down a lot, but it won't matter as much.

On a really disappointing side note, my husband is in the dog house. LOL! Yesterday at work, my boss told me that she can really tell in my face that I am losing. (I told her that unfortunately, the boobs will be the next thing to go). So last night, I mentioned it to my husband. I said, "You know, Joyce told me that she can really see in my face that I am losing." and then I waited for him to say that he noticed too. Nothing. So I said, " . . . um, you can't tell at all, can you?" He smiled and then shook his head "no." :(

Don't worry about your husband not noticing. Sometimes when you see someone everyday, they don't notice as much as we'd like. I'll bet, a couple months down the road, he'll see you in a picture and realize how much different you look.

I just came home from a 4-day weekend with my mom. I lost 2 more pounds while I was gone, and it's VERY noticeable in my face now, as well as in my clothes. He did say that he can see it in my face now.
