Hi everyone i started phentermine 30mg time relaease cap and my current weight is 217 lbs and my goal weight is 135-140. I started gaining weight when i went to work at nights from 12am to 8am and the past yr and a half i have gained like 80lbs and trying to loose it.

DIVA - welcome to the forum. I too take the 30 mg yellow capsules.

Thank you I will i am anxious to get rid of the excess pounds that i am carrying around. I will post every week my up date and my before and after pics.

i have lost one pound and that is all in one week. I dont know what is wrong i will hope next week is better
